Established in 1983, Rockweiler Insulation has become the preferred insulator in Madison, Wisconsin and the surrounding area, specializing in insulation for new and existing homes.
Founder Gary Rockweiler worked at another area insulation company for 13 years before he decided to start his own business. He has provided the vision and leadership to develop Rockweiler Insulation into the company it is today. Gary founded Rockweiler Insulation based on three key principles:

Today the company is led by Renee Wilson, Gary’s oldest daughter. Renee has been with Rockweiler Insulation since 1990. Renee is an active member of many industry and business organizations including serving on the Owens Corning CEE Board of Directors and the ICAA Board of Directors. She is a Past President of NARI Madison and advocates for careers for women in the insulation industry.
